What we collect, and what we do not.
Omni Engine reads the marketing accounts you choose to connect so your dashboard and AI assistant can answer questions about your own performance. Nothing more. This page explains exactly what that means.
Who we are
Omni Engine is the marketing data and AI tool layer operated by OHS Global for the Omni platform and for SpeakNova clients. When you connect an advertising or analytics account, Omni Engine syncs that account's performance data into a private workspace and makes it available to your dashboard and to an AI assistant that answers questions about it.
Questions about this policy or your data can go to blaze@ohs.global at any time.
What we collect
We collect data from the platforms you connect, using the access you grant, and the basic account details needed to run your workspace.
Data from the platforms you connect
- Google Ads and Google Analytics. Campaign, ad group, ad, keyword, and search-term performance from Google Ads, and traffic, session, and channel data from Google Analytics (GA4) for the properties you authorize.
- Meta ads. Campaign, ad set, and ad performance for the Meta ad accounts you authorize.
- Facebook Pages and Instagram. Posts, comments, and engagement metrics for the Facebook Pages and connected Instagram accounts you authorize.
Account and contact information
- Your business name, the accounts and properties you have connected, and the contact details you or your account manager provide so we can identify your workspace and reach you.
We do not ask for, and Omni Engine does not need, your platform passwords. Access is granted through each platform's own secure authorization flow.
How we use it
Your connected data is used for two things:
- Populating your dashboard so you can see your own spend, results, and trends in one place.
- Powering your AI assistant so it can answer questions and prepare analysis about your own accounts.
That is the whole list. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for third-party advertising or ad targeting. We do not share it with other businesses in the system - every workspace is isolated. Your data is used only to serve you.
Storage and security
Your data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Neon) and is encrypted in transit. Each business is isolated from every other with database-level tenant isolation (row-level security), so one workspace can never read another's data.
The authorization tokens that let us sync your accounts are held server-side only. They are readable solely by the background sync jobs that fetch your data and are never exposed to browsers, never placed in AI prompts or transcripts, and never written to request logs. The AI assistant reads your data through a fixed set of read tools; any action that would change something in your ad accounts is held for explicit human approval before it can run.
Retention and deletion
You stay in control of what we hold. In your portal Data workspace, you can disconnect any connected account, and the analytics we synced for that account are removed from your workspace. You can also remove everything by contacting us.
Disconnect an account: open Data in your portal, manage the source accounts, and remove it. The performance data synced for that account is deleted from your workspace.
Full deletion: email blaze@ohs.global from the address on your account. See the Data deletion page for the full instructions.
Google user data
Omni Engine's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Meta platform data
Our use and transfer of information received from the Meta platform, including Facebook and Instagram, adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including their limited use requirements. Meta platform data is used only to provide the dashboard and assistant features described above and is never sold or used for unrelated advertising.
