The plain-language terms.
These terms cover your use of Omni Engine. We have kept them short and readable on purpose.
The service
Omni Engine is a marketing data and AI tool layer operated by OHS Global for the Omni platform and for SpeakNova clients. It syncs the advertising and analytics accounts you connect into a private workspace, presents that data in a dashboard, and lets an AI assistant answer questions about it. Any action that would change something in your connected ad accounts is held for your explicit approval before it runs.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Omni Engine only for your own legitimate business and only with accounts you are authorized to access. You agree not to:
- attempt to access another business's workspace or data;
- probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or attempt to bypass its security or approval controls;
- use the service to violate the terms of Google, Meta, or any other connected platform, or any applicable law.
Your account and responsibility
You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for keeping your access link and any credentials confidential. Connecting an account confirms you have the authority to grant access to that account's data. You can disconnect any account at any time from your portal Settings.
No warranty
Omni Engine is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figure, insight, or recommendation it surfaces is complete or accurate. Marketing decisions you make remain your own.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OHS Global will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of Omni Engine. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for it in the three months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these terms or the service.
